
VLADLENA LAVRUSHYNA
Vladlena Lavrushyna is an arbitration lawyer specialised in the resolution of complex cross-border disputes. She has taken part in investment and commercial arbitral proceedings conducted under the ICC Rules, the SCC Rules, the ICSID Convention, the SIAC Rules, the UNCITRAL Rules, the CEPANI Rules and the ICAC Rules. She also assists clients with PPP and construction projects, including projects implemented under the FIDIC conditions of contract.
Vladlena is on secondment at van Hooft from an arbitration practice of a full-service Ukrainian law firm listed in the GAR 100 rankings.
