BENJAMIN K. E. Ross

Benjamin Ross focuses his practice on international arbitration.  He has participated in arbitral proceedings conducted under the rules of arbitration of several institutions (CEPANI, HKIAC, ICC, ICSID, LCIA, WIPO), as well as ad hoc proceedings, including under the UNCITRAL arbitration rules.  He has also taken part in arbitration-related proceedings before the French courts such as requests for interim measures and enforcement or annulment proceedings.

Prior to joining van Hooft, Benjamin worked in Paris for the arbitration practice of an international law firm and for a prestigious international arbitration boutique.
